Miserably cold and windy day at the Girard Varsity Tournament! Jamie Hamilton (84) and Jack Krusich (84) finished in a three-man tie for 9th, leading to a scorecard playoff—Jamie placed 10th and Jack 11th. The team battled through the tough conditions to earn 3rd place with a total score of 353.

Head Baseball Coach Mike Watt reached an incredible milestone with his 700th career win last week. That level of consistency, leadership, and dedication is rare. Congratulations to Coach Watt on a remarkable achievement and the lasting impact he has made on countless student-athletes and the program. ⚾

We had a new principal for the day at SME today!  Miss Marrone granted students a free dress day and even got to take a friend to lunch!  She treated the teachers to drinks and snacks this afternoon and helped out in the office.  This fun experience was a silent auction item at the HOPE Auction!

Good luck to SMC Senior Izzy Tierney who is in Manhattan competing in the state Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge! She won the Crawford County level in March and is competing today against 90+ other businesses from across the state!

Banners by Izzy showcased her custom hand painted banners in the tradeshow portion, open to the public last night, and will have three boardroom presentations today before the awards session at 2:00 this afternoon. Good luck, Izzy!
