In preparation for the funeral of Fr. Kapaun (9/29), the elementary students will be learning more about his life and service. We are praying this prayer together daily and thought you might like to pray it together in your homes!
Thursday (9/16) is Blue and White Day!! Student may wear school color/spirit tshirts to support the Panthers.

Wait…when are OUR school pictures?! Don’t worry, you didn’t miss it! We’ve switched to a new company this year so pictures are a little later than normal. Extra time to practice that award-winning smile 😃 School pictures are scheduled for Oct 6 (retakes: Oct 28). Watch for more details later this month.
Tailgating for Thursday's game will start at 4:45pm at the Farmer's Market pavilion. All are invited. A limited supply of hotdogs and hamburgers will be provided and everyone should bring a side dish or dessert and their own drinks. (Sponsored by football parents.) We want a big turnout to cheer on the boys as they walk over to the stadium!

ICYMI - 9/11 Panther VB
🏐HS: finished 4th in the Frontenac Tourney after losing the 3rd place game in 3 sets to Baxter Springs.
🏐8th Grade: won the 8th grade CCCJL VB Tourney beating the Girard Trojans in the championship match. Nice work ladies!
The SMC high school cheerleaders will hold a cheer clinic for girls in grades K-6 on Wednesday, September 22nd from 6pm to 7:30pm. The cost is $25 and includes a shirt. Participants will cheer with the high school cheerleaders on the sidelines for the Thursday, September 30th home football game. Each age group will cheer for one quarter of the game.
