Thursday, August 14 – Mandatory Parent Meeting 6-7pm (Fieldhouse Gym)
Vigil Mass for the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated at 5pm in the church (Holy Day of Obligation)
All new and returning K–12 parents should attend.
At least one parent per family is required.
No students should attend this meeting.
Attendance will be recorded, and if you are unable to attend, you will be contacted after the meeting to address any outstanding matters.
Spanish Session: 7–8pm – High School Auditorium
Una versión en español de la reunión para padres se llevará a cabo de 7 a 8pm en el Auditorio de la Preparatoria. Se les pide a todos los padres nuevos y que regresan con hijos en grados K-12 que asistan, y se espera que al menos un padre por familia esté presente. La asistencia será registrada y, si no puede asistir, se le contactará después de la reunión para resolver cualquier asunto pendiente. Los estudiantes no deben asistir a esta reunión.
Following the Meeting (7–8pm):
Staff will be available to help you finish up any remaining back-to-school requirements, including: fees, lunch payments, required school/parish forms.
Elementary School: (Parents only) Classroom teachers will have a short informational session for parents. There will be three sessions held at: 7:00pm or 7:20pm or 7:40pm. You only need to attend one session per classroom.
(Please note: Elementary students should not attend on this night.)
Junior High & High School (7-8pm): Parents and students are invited to visit classrooms, meet teachers, drop off supplies, and set up lockers.
Wednesday, August 13 – Special Early Access for all 7th grade students and new 8th–12th grade families only: Stop by anytime from 12:30–2:30pm to find classrooms, meet staff, and get settled in early.
